Addis Ababa University, Ethiopian Institute of Water of Water Resources would like to invite qualified applicants for the vacant positions listed below.

The applicants are expected to fully commit themselves to the vision of the University and be willing to teach graduate level education, engage in conducting research and publication, and engage themselves in university and community services. Successful applicants will work as an academic staff at Ethiopian Institute of Water Resources, Addis Ababa University.

• Environmental Extensive teaching and research experience in health risk assessment for water and environmental pollutants
• Track record research experience in emerging environmental pollutants such as persistent organic contaminant, heavy metals, etc. with remarkable laboratory experience
• Has the experience of attracting external funds and managing research projects
• Track record scientific publication in the required fields
• Experience in PhD and MSc student supervision
• Knowledge of the Ethiopian stakeholders and actors in the water, environment, and health sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to communicate effectively with peers, students and stakeholders in the application field
