Addis Ababa University, College of Education and Behavioral Studies (CEBS) would like to employ an associate professor in History Education, in the department of social science and language education. Hence, interested applicants who fulfill the requirements are invited to apply.

Specialization

  • History Education

Qualification

  • Ph.D. in History Education.

Required number

  • 1

Experience Required 

  • 12 years and above of effective teaching and research at the tertiary level,
  • Expertise in training teachers in History Education (at PGDT, BED, and MEd levels) and skill in methods of teaching History 
  • Proved experience in conducting research in history education
  • Experience in teaching History at Primary and secondary schools.
  • Participation in curricular materials development and other related activities in History education.
  • Note:- Completion of Higher Diploma is mandatory.
