G2G needs an energetic manager that has great experience with IT Project Management, Networking, Servers and Multi-level Support structure.
In this position, you will…
Create/foster collaborative environment(s)
- Act as a Point of Escalation
- Manage and oversee team projects
- Ensure tasks are on schedule and on budget
- Continuously evaluate the need for growth
- Prepare project quotes, service orders and other related items
- Ensure that team documentation is always current and up to date
- Monitor ticketing system to ensure that all break/ fix and trouble tickets are logged and handled
- Manage Support Team performance including call records
- Ensure Team Training, Coaching, and Education is available and regularly scheduled
- Responsible for Team Morale and Performance
- Follow up and complete all tasks as assigned by management without prejudice or discrimination
- Perform any other task as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Your experience would include
- From recognized College or University Degree in related fields
- Employee Time Management
- Multi-tasking and Project Management
- Team Management
- Excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure and ISP technology needed
- 5 years' Experience
