Now we are looking for competent and experienced IT / System administrator, for immediate assignment on this position.

Job Description

Main duties & Responsibilities;

• Administer the data center and works to ensure the healthy and reliable operation of It system;
• Propose, follow and facilitate its execution when approved, the improvements work on existing system management;
• Perform all management functions of IT Administration and supporting services of the section; 
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Lead the Installation and configuring software, hardware and networks
• Ensuring security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Lead the Setup of accounts and workstations
• Initiate and contribute for development & implementation of company’s IT Admin policy manual;
• Works to ensure the reliable service and protection (to protect) of informational Asset of MOTI;
• Plan changes and Works on building and Administration of company’s IT support team of the section; 
• Monitor the performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Lead and ensures the prompt and remedial support services of staff’s PC & networking systems;
• Works to create the comprehensive repair & maintenance services of PCs & lead the works; 
• Ensure security through remote and access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies 
• Prepare periodic report as scheduled by the Division manager; 
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Required minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of BSC Degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, Information technology or related field, with
• Four (4) years of work experience in IT services, out of these Two (2) years must be on similar System Administration head position;
• Only proven Experience of recognized company are acceptable
• certification in Cisco or similar technologies is a plus and advantageous;

Skills

• The experiences as System Administrator, databases, networking (LAN, WAN) and patch management and Network Administrator position & similar roles are acceptable;
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude and
• Excellent communication skills
