Position: Manager – Contact Center Division

Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible for managing, directing, supervising and evaluating the contact center workflow. S/he oversees the training of new personnel and ensures professional relations exist with customers and reporting and informational needs are met.

Qualification & Experience

  • BA Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Term of Employment: Permanent

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Salary & Benefits: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
