Job Requirement

  • Qualification: MA or BA degree in Management, Accounting& Finance, Marketing, Economics Business administration or related fields of study
  • Experience: 8/10 years relevant experience; out of which 3 years at supervisory positions on financial institutions (banking industry is more preferable)
  • Extensive knowledge of Credit appraisal ,portfolio management and follow up
  • Good communication and human relations
  • Through knowledge of current trends and developments in microfinance and financial industry
  • Excellent knowledge of management concepts and principles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NBE & FIC directives and regulations
  • Basic computer application skills
  • Good knowledge and ability in team building and leadership
