Job Requirement
- Qualification: MA or BA degree in Management, Accounting& Finance, Marketing, Economics Business administration or related fields of study
- Experience: 8/10 years relevant experience; out of which 3 years at supervisory positions on financial institutions (banking industry is more preferable)
- Extensive knowledge of Credit appraisal ,portfolio management and follow up
- Good communication and human relations
- Through knowledge of current trends and developments in microfinance and financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of management concepts and principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of NBE & FIC directives and regulations
- Basic computer application skills
- Good knowledge and ability in team building and leadership
