Master’s Degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Gender Studies, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction for all non-clinical programs, ensuring alignment with HFE’s vision, national health priorities, and global best practices in women’s health (with focus prevention of fistula and birth injuries) and women’s empowerment.  - Lead the development and periodic revision of programmatic strategies and roadmaps across prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, reintegration, and health systems support.
