Role Profile
Duties & Responsibilities"
Responsibility of the employee include to among others:
- Perform sampling and inspection of incoming raw material etc.
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements.
- Perform analysis as per laboratory procedure such as FFA, moisture etc.
- Prepare test solutions and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
- Ensure the quality fruit before production.
- Check the quality of product in process to ensure parts meeting specification at any point in time in the production process.
- Record gained information on findings during quality inspection including calculation of test result of different parameters including visual defects.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation requirement of all production equipment's before and after every production
- Follow quality of water, finished product and environment to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about sources of pollution and contamination.
- Follow -up and record sanitation and personal hygiene of all factory workers.
- procedure document of the company if the product does not meet quality specification and investigate and report to quality supervisor or quality manager.
- Ensure that ISO 22000;2005 (HACCP) documentation regarding quality control is documented
- Assume responsible for product on hold in quarantine area as per procedure.
- 1Assume responsible for pest control and storage condition at factory.
- Follow up on recording of lot numbers and batch numbers to ensure trace ability and identification of organic procedure.
- Assume responsible for CCP (critical control point) and follow up proper labeling of procedure.
- Adhere to Health and safety standard of the company
- Assume responsible for container inspection prior to loading.
- Carry out any other assignment from supervisor or manager.
Job Requirement
Education:
- Min requirement: BSc degree in Food science, Food microbiology, or related fields
Experience: Work:
- Min (2) years in Beverage or food industry
Competence:-
- Ability to influence others to follow rules and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and teamwork mentality
- Verbal and written communication skills
