Job Title: Senior Interest Free Banking (IFB) Operations Officer

Job Summary:

The Officer is responsible to coordinate and support branches and IFB activities in the District Office. He/she ensures if procedures are adhered regularly and risks are properly managed; motivates and coaches employees responsible for the delivery of high quality service; Ensures timely clearance of suspense accounts; Monitors the IFB portfolio management and the transaction level risks;

Required Education and Experience:

BA degree in Economic, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations out of which 3 years in Interest Free Banking area.
