General Description
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Develop training and development programs
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Represent the company in the region he/she is assigned
Job Requirement
- Qualification and Experience : BA Degree in Management, Public Administration or other related field. 3 years minimum experience with in related job
- Good working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft MS Office Suite
- Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written
Salary-Basic Salary 6,900, Communication Allowance 1000, Transport Allowancet 1000 and desert allowance 30% of salary
