CE has been re-registered and accorded legal personality with Registry Number 0505 on 12/07/2019 as local organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organization No. 1113/2019.

CE explores innovative areas of comprehensive rehabilitation to ensure its growth and sustainability. The thematic programs during the new strategic period are the following;

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills Required

The consultant/firm should:

  • Have proven knowledge and experience in preparing training materials
  • Extensive expertise and experience in health and rehabilitation services and related interventions
  • Knowledge of international and national statutes for persons with disabilities
  • Proven record of carrying out similar tasks in the area of rehabilitation
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations to the preparation of rehabilitation training modules
  • Have excellent academic and research background
  • Public health, rehabilitation practitioner and training expert are must to be part of the consulting team
  • Have excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to facilitate and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to prepare well‐written documents in a timely manner and availability during the proposed period

NB: It is expected that applicants for this consultancy show all costs related to rehabilitation module preparation including taxes according to the rules and regulations of the tax authorities of Ethiopia.
