Job Position: Global Manager

Plan, organize, direct, co-ordinate, control and supervise the overall activities of the company ensures the provision of efficient services to the company’s clients and staff, and other related reports. 

Detailed duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the provision of efficient companying services to the company’s clients and staff.
• Signs cheques, Vouchers, company transactions, correspondences and other documents of the company in accordance with established procedures.
• Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. 
• Reviews all company operation manuals, financial guidelines and formats/ slips etc. and suggests possible improvements on same.
• Implements internal and external auditors’ comments
• Ability to help develop, implements, support, and review all Human Resource Department initiatives, Finance Department policies, procedures, and systems;
• Leadership and instructional aptitudes needed to provide training and oversight on policies and procedures;
• Continued involvement in and refinement of the recruitment process, including generating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies
• Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
• Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.
• Immediate Supervisor : General Manager 

Job Requirements

• BA or MA degree in Management, Industrial Chemistry or related field of studies
• 10 years and more than Experience in manufacturing firm preferable in paint factory
• At least 4 year Experience in the head Position.
