Primary Responsibilities Include

• He / She is responsible for the financial, Human, Physical, Infrastructure and Procurement of the entire share company
• Insures the financial Integrity and Accountability and Maintain the Internal Control System of the same
• Manages the facilities, Material Supplies, Procurement, Infrastructure and the Share Administration of the Share Company
• Establishes and Maintains effective and efficient systems to manage the Human resource, Finance and Logistics of the Share Company
• Consolidates Periodic Corporate Financial Statements and present the financial analysis to ensure the financial health of the company
• Prepares standards & regulations for the effective implementation of Administrative and Financial Tasks
• Addresses tax system details and deadlines as per the rules and regulations of the country
• Proposes improved ways of exercising Administrative and Finance processes and procedures by developing system that could maintain uniform standards in the Administration of the Share Company
• Works towards the achievement of the objective of the Share Company by creating a Conducive working environment by coordinating, directing and controlling the work and performances of each units under Administration and finance Directorate
• Involved in reviewing the short term and strategic plan implementation of the share Company

Job Requirement

• MA or BA in Business Management, Leadership, Economics, Accounting and Finance or any other related field of study and a total of 6/8 years of which at least 4/6 years of practical experience as Administration and Finance Director
• Reference (3 persons
• He/she shall hold office for a period of 5 Years with the possibility to be reappointed

• Has Good Ethical Code of Conduit
• Skill, ability and behavioral competence
