Primary Responsibilities Include

• He / She is responsible for the overall financial Activities of the entire share company
• Insures the financial Integrity and Accountability and Maintain the Internal Control System of the same
• Checks and ensures regularity and justifications for expenditures& financial transactions are processed according to the policy and operating procedures of the company
• Establishes and Maintains effective and efficient systems to manage the financial tasks of the company
• Consolidates Periodic Corporate Financial Statements and present the financial analysis to ensure the financial health of the company
• Follows up the up datedness of the accounting records and the timely preparation of interim and periodical financial statements
• Addresses tax system details and deadlines as per the rules and regulations of the country.
• Heads the preparation of the budget of the units, Organize the budget document and follow the proper and optimal utilization of the approved Budget
• Perform Periodic financial analysis and ensure the financial health of the company
• Involved in reviewing the short term and strategic plan implementation of the share Company

Job Requirement

• MA or BA in Accounting and Finance, Business Management, or any other related field of study  and a total of 6/8 years of which at least 4/6 years of practical experience as Finance Head /Manager
• Reference (3 persons
• He/she shall hold office for a period of 5 Years with the possibility to be reappointed
• Eligibility
• Satisfies the required competence and qualification
• Has Good Ethical Code of Conduit
• Skill, ability and behavioral competence
