Job Description

 Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, Develop Implement and Direct the Share Company’s Operational and Fiscal function and Performance
  • Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of the company
  • Communicates effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
  • Improves the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership
  • Evaluates company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies
  • Implements the Internal Regulations, Standards Operating Procedures /SOPs/, Organizational Structure as well as Salary Scales and benefit Packages of the Share Company as Per the Approval of the BOD
  • Represents the Share Company in all Legal Proceedings
  • Ensures that the Overall functions of the Share Company and activities of various Organizational units are performed according to the Strategic plan, Business plan as well as regulations and SPOs of ALPH Education and Training S.C
  • Reviews Proposals regarding the establishment of education and research, partnerships as well as branch openings in view of cost effectiveness, transfer of technology , degree of commitments attainment of organizational Objectives etc…. and presents its conclusion for Board of Directors
  • Periodically Review the Status of Performances and decide on the type of measures to be taken based on the evaluation report and feedback it gets from the customers
  • Chairs the meetings of the management team and act as a liaison between Senior Management and Board
  • Implements and present the company’s seasonal report to the BOD and in conjunction with the Board, conduct ongoing strategic planning and establish long term goals fort he company
  • He /She is responsible for all tasks described in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company
  • Perform Other Duties inconsistence with his/her responsibility as may be assigned to him by the Board

Job Requirement

  • Qualification and work experience: PhD or MA in Business Management, Leadership, Economics, Accounting and Finance or any other related field of study  and a total of 8/10 years of which at least 4/6 years of practical experience as a CEO or as a Senior Management in a similar company
  • Reference (3 persons
  • He/she shall hold office for a period of 5 Years with the possibility to be reappointed
  • Eligibility
  • Satisfies the required competence and qualification
  • Has Good Ethical Code of Conduit
  • Skill, ability and behavioral competence
