Job Description

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
  • Expanding distribution and Recruiting new Electronic Sales Partners within assigned territory.
  • Avoiding out of stock situations of Electronic Sales Partners and Retails within assigned territory.
  • Traveling throughout an assigned territory to generate sales orders.
  • Proposing different sales activation's to increase sales volume.
  • Accountable for marketing materials for Utilizing effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely to ensure sales orders are delivered timely by the distribution coordinator.
  • Train and guide company Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing sales data to determine the most effective sales techniques.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
  • Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
  • Attending trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
  • Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPI) set by line manager.
  • Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.

Job Requirements

  • First degree in business fields
  • 3- 4 years relevant experience
  • Good command of Amharic and English languages plus local language
  • Thorough working knowledge of Electronic shops and retails ( supermarkets )
  • Thorough working knowledge of the market
  • Strong product and market knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of statutory requirements in respect of contractual obligations
