Job Description
The children’s Heart Fund of Ethiopia (CHFE) established in 1989 GC is a non-governmental and also nonprofit making humanitarian organization and committed to help children with heart diseases. Since the establishment the founders with key donors were able to establish a new hospital located in BLH, equipped with basic equipment’s and supplies. Currently, the center discharges the due services with the help of 11 sub specialized doctors, 56 high level trained nurses and allied health professionals. CHFE would like to appoint vacant potion.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Assisting employees with internet access and ensuring their technical needs are met
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Ensuring technological security standards are met
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
- Providing support to employees and being the first point of contact for error reporting
- Managing technical documentation
- Configuration, installation of new computers, printers, projectors, etc.
- Asset tagging and auditing of IT assets
- Fixing of simple hardware-related faults such as printer jams and loose/faulty cables\
- Installation of and configuration of applications
- Managing company website
- Email configuration and mailbox creation
- Supporting PR activities within projects and events

Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology (IT) or related fields of study
- 0-1 Year
- Excellent ICT skills, analytical and data gathering skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
