Invitation to Bid for Sustainable food security and Environmental protection project in Ethiopia with reference to Fentale and Siraro woredas

ChildFund Ethiopia is an international child focused NGO working to improve the wellbeing of deprived, excluded, and vulnerable children and families. We achieve positive change in communities in partnership with local organizations through our three core programs that improve education, health and livelihoods and achieve the outcomes of healthy and secure infants, educated and confident children and skilled and involved youth.

ChildFund Ethiopia is going to implement a 39-month project entitled “Sustainable Food Security and Environmental Protection in Ethiopia in rural areas of Ethiopia”-in two selected Woredas namely Fentale and Siraro in Oromia region in East Shoa and west Arsi zone respectively. 

Job Requirements

• The firm must describe the experience delivering similar services in similar organizational and geographic settings.
• Detail the skills and experiences of key managers/staff related to the responsibilities of the consultancy. The consultant’s CV can be provided as an attachment
• Detail of the proposed work plan and timeline required to accomplish the proposed activities within 25days
• Budget for data collection with all proposed costs, including data collection and data entry staff travel and accommodation, equipment and supplies, preparations, training, data cleaning, data analysis, report writing, and any other cost foreseen

ChildFund Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.  

How to Apply

Interested firms can collect the Terms of Reference (ToR) from our office from December 3 – 14, 2021 during office working hours (Morning: 3:00 AM - 6:30 PM & Afternoon: 7:00 - 10:00 PM Local time) and submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a separate sealed envelope duly marking the envelopes as “Technical” and “Financial” proposals, and Copy of financial proposal only must be submitted separately duly marking “copy financial proposal”. and must be delivered in person at Child Fund Ethiopia Office, located in Bole Sub-city - KebIe 03 house no. 2310, in the bid box prepared for this purpose or through mail: P. O. Box 5545 Addis Ababa. Note: The firm should clearly state the price in ETB including 15% VAT and other related cost. The company should provide TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate/TOT, business registrations certificates and Business License that have all been renewed and valid license for the current fiscal year and other evidence which demonstrate the organization is approved to operate such a business. Qualified consultants will be considered based on their responsiveness to the requirements listed above, technical, and financial evaluation results. Finally, the winner will be notified through the firm address.
