Job Description
IT SUPPORT OFFICER position is responsible for
- Identify hardware and software solutions for the communication platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues of the communication platform
- Diagnosing and repairing faults of the communication platform
- Resolving network issues
- Speaking to customers to quickly get the root of their problem
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- Preparing or replacing the necessary parts of any platform supporting equipment's
Job Requirements
- Minimum of diploma/level IV graduate in information technology database programing and other related field of studies wit the minimum of years working experience( software support, customer support, programing and data base)
- Problem solving skill
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Communication skill
- Customer service skill
- Ability to multitask efficiently and good at time management
