Purpose of the Role/ Main Purpose

• Having the required and requested knowledge and understanding about all products and services handled by SEGON MARILL as well as the networks and relationships that exist or need to exist with other agents and all local and international suppliers in order to effectively and efficiently conduct outreach to source new leads and engage with existing ones.

Key Deliverables/ Outcomes

• Organization Brand Promotion and Sustenance
• Create annual advertising plans for print, radio &social media.
• Monitoring and managing social media
• Develop partnerships with other companies to spread our image

Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop effective plans to market new programs and initiatives
• Build strategic relationships and partner up with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

Customer Management

• Negotiate advertising contracts
• Onboarding new clients and develop working relationships
• Developing and conducting various customer-based surveys and obtaining client related important information

Market Research

• Conducting customer and market research
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
• Team Management Leadership and Engagement
• Work with finance department to develop a budget for the marketing plan
• Develop and grow a team that fosters innovation and creativity
• Lead collaborative engagement across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated marketing strategies
• Manage excellent relations with staff and vendors

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report

Job Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience as a sales and Marketing representative
•  Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or above in any field
•  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

The person who is assigned for this unit is also expected to handle all SEGON-MARILL’s type of services / activities = Import Air, Import Sea, Export Air, Export Sea, City Move, Relocation, Record Management, Hotel logistic management, Art Removal, Warehouse Management, or any other activity that could be developed by the company in the future.
