Essential Responsibilities
- Participates in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes, in general.
- Participates in HR planning and various HR study and design activities;
- Facilitate and process promotion, transfer and external recruitment;
- Prepares long and short term manpower requirements to the Bank in conformity to corporate targets,
- Advises and assists other departments on interpretation and administration of personnel policies of the Bank,
- Prepares recruitment minutes by receiving results from the interview panel,
- Prepare vacancy advertisements and sends to media and notice boards after approval,
- Prepares onboarding schedule and ensures that new entrants’ onboarding is held as per the schedule
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience of which at least 2 years as Talent Acquisition officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
