POSITION PURPOSE
Handles and follows up cases of employment , transfer, promotion and terminations ;processes leaves ;ensures that employee's terms and condition of employment are respected ; conflict management & mediation, keeps personnel files and records, provides different supports to Leaf management & employees.
Main Areas of Responsibility (not more than 8):
- Plans ,organizes ,directs ,controls and coordinates activities of personnel, and related office administration matters;
- Under supervision of Leaf P&C Manager ,handles and follows up case of employment of Permanent, temporary and daily employees, termination of service ,promotion and transfer;
- Ensures strict conformance of all administrative activities and decisions with the Enterprise's policies ,procedures and guidelines, relevant government laws, Internal Regulation and the collective agreement;
- Supervises and conducts the preparation and execution of employment contracts , transfers, promotions, assignments, terminations, pensions , insurance ,grievance handling ,discipline ,personnel records and maintenance of personal files and other related personnel processes;
- Ensures that all EHS procedures and regulations are strictly implemented on the administration works & areas.
- Advises line management and employees on HR related issues and handles conflicts & mediations.
- Prepares and submits periodical activity reports to his line manager; ensures the proper maintenance of reports, documents and records,
- Manages various tasks & projects as they arise and up on the request.
Job Requirements
Education:
- University Degree in HR, Business Administration or any other related field.
Work Experience:
- At lease 3 years of work experience in a multinational, international organization or company.
Knowledge
- Fluent in English (oral &written), MS office confident user
- Knowledge of Internal Regulations & safety policy of the company
