Job Description

  • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive to solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process.
  • Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.
  • Meet with your teammates and subject matter experts, understand what is working and what is not
  • Learn about our ideal customer profile and how we go to market
  • Learn about how our market works and who we compete against
  • Deeply understand our marketing strategy and the role you will play
  • Present your early diagnosis of Marketing Operations to the marketing team: What's working, what's missing, and what you/marketing should focus on first, including the channels and KPIs/metrics you will use to track and report on marketing operations performance
  • Interview marketing sales teams to understand how they operate and how they would benefit most from the tools in the tech stack
  • Build a plan for how our market stack will need to be orchestrated to deliver optimal results and execute on that plan
  • Share the early results what you’ve finished, how customers are responding, and what we need to tweak to keep making progress

  • Be able to keep data clean among the systems in the tech stack for optimized marketing/sales performance
  • Implement smooth processes for campaign operations to include set up and tracking for each channel
  • Effectively track and report on attribution from our marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/Sales management or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience with go-to-market operations strategy and business analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing marketing vendors and/or team management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, internally and externally.
  • Ability to manager/prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated management skill and ability to oversee a team and work in a group environment, including collaboration with Senior/Executive level leadership.
  • Possess exemplary interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiations and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, develop frameworks and platforms that ensure optimal and unfettered access to business tools, assets and capabilities.
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving capability and help the team make sound conclusions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel
