Introduction
Bread for the World (BftW) is an international development agency owned by the Protestant Churches in Germany based in Berlin. One of its regional offices is in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, registered as an international NGO with the Federal Republic of Ethiopia Agency of Civil Society Organizations, registration number 1295. BftW/PADD works through various faith-based and secular civil society partners, supports close to 80 projects within the region. BftW/PADD does not implement itself but instead works with partners in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Somalia, South Sudan, and Sudan. The Horn of Africa Regional Office has a human resource capacity of 20 staff based in Addis Ababa.
Goal and scope
BftW/PADD is looking for an IT expert to develop a comprehensive database for its regional office to manage multiple programs efficiently.
The consultancy firm is expected to develop a comprehensive Project and Time Management System (database). The database should include but not be limited to the following module:
- Project management
- HR management
- Travel and event management
Hence, BftW would like to invite qualified and competent firms to compete on the developing project and time management system/database for BftW/PADD use.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
