Job Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking, Management or related fields
- 6 years of relevant banking experience at branch level, out of which 4 years in supervisory positions
Competency
- Through knowledge of financial policies and regulation of the bank
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer application skill
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
