Job Description
- Lead in the development, review and consolidation of bank wide human resource staffing plan and programs;
- Ensure the timely assignment of qualified occupants to the right positions in transparent manner
- Socialize and onboard newly recruited senior management employees;
- Resolve escalated grievances and ensure that staff turnover is at an acceptable level;
- Lead the design, implementation and review of a competitive, cost effective and customized total reward package;
- Coordinate the development, execution and management of human resource development programs such as succession planning, career development and competency modeling program; Monitor the smooth implementation of result oriented performance management system;
- Lead the acquisition, maintenance, upgrading and functionality of human resource information system.
- Take remedial action based on the finding of employee satisfaction/engagement survey to enhance employee morale, engagement, productivity and satisfaction;
- Establish employee representation mechanism;
- Create communication platforms between and among units and employees to give voice to the Bank staff and facilitate the appointment of staff representatives;
- Advice concerned organs regarding HR administration matters;
- Carry out investigations as may be required and participate in a disciplinary panel;
- Ensure the safety and security of the bank’s employees and assets.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields with a minimum of 10 years work experience in banking sector, of which a minimum of 4 years shall be as department (director) manager or equivalent.
