Our client operating in the tourism, investment, trade and real estate business is looking for a young and energetic building manager to join their team. If you have been working in building management, office management, managing resources and budget, passionate about building management and willing to join a team of diversified professionals then this is the job for you.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Coordinating and Overseeing the regular services provided on building (cleaning, security and maintenance) 
• Will regularly have dialogue with home owners in order to help them solve issues related to maintenance as well as help them rent out or sell their apartments. 
• Collect monthly property management service fees.
• having the right aptitude for such service oriented work, 
• have deep interest and derive satisfaction in providing great customer service.
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Management, Sales and Marketing Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Procurement and any relevant fields.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position is mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service skills
• Have experience in sales, liaison and building/office administration
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Self-going, accountable, and reliable
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills
• Good leadership and team working skills
