Manager – Change Management and Innovation (re-advertised)

Job Summary

The Manager supports the achievement of optimal operational efficiency through creating the right organizational design. He/she is also responsible to discharge conducting ground breaking high profile researches that impact remarkable improvement across all functions of the Bank’s operations. He/she leads organizational change initiatives and studies, and develops programs, etc. He/she is also responsible to coach and mentor supervisees, and develop plans and budget.

Required Education and Experience

Master's Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with six (6) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position; or, BA in Management, Economics, Accounting or related field, with six (8) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position;

Salary: Attractive and per Bank’s Salary Scale
