DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Product Lead, the position holder’s role will be to develop and manage their portfolio’s overall products and solution sets, product pricing, commercialize new products, product development and product management within the Enterprise Products and Services department. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with segment marketing and sales teams to create new products and enhance products from customer insights together with managing the commercial delivery and launch of the products.
  • Support pre-evaluation studies of new tariffs, products, services, and campaign ideas to support new product developments and measurements of impact after launch
  • Ensure excellent customer experience for products by creating, testing and launching simple and efficient customer journeys
  • Provide support to manage the life cycle of Consumer products & services, defining product and partnership road-maps in line with the revenue targets and strategy.
  • Develop new campaigns & tariffs to grow the portfolio’s customer base and service revenue
  • Act as a point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties to resolve any issues related to products that affect customers.
  • Provide direction and motivation to the project team and manage stakeholders within other departments in line with program and project requirements.
  • Proactively make advance base customer analysis and get a new point of view to catch new opportunities 

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

  • A Degree or Diploma in a business / technical discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years proven track record in Product Development, Product Management.
  • Product/Initiative Life Cycle Management experience
  • Team player with excellent influencing skills and high level of innovation, self-drive and energy
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills with customer first focus
  • Multi-task management
  • Ability to project manage cross functional teams
