Position: Senior Attorney
Essential Function:
- • Give legal advice to the bank’s concerned
- organs;
- • Represents the Bank before a court of law, other judicial tribunals and organs;
- • Prepares 30-days legal notice and ensures the delivery of the notice to defaulters.
- • Appeals on court decisions against the Bank.
- • Applies to court to set aside legal attachment orders.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
