Essential Function

  • Facilitate pre-employment activities of Corporate Organs;
  • Updates employee information of Corporate Organs;
  • Ensures Signature is given as appropriate of the Corporate Organs; 
  • Assist with day to day operations of HR functions;
  • Ensure employee information is updated correctly and timely;
  • consistent application of regulations on salary administration, recruitment, promotion, demotion, evaluation, transfer, training, resignation and employee benefits
  • Prepares personnel action requests for recruitment testing, selection, placement, promotion salary increments and adjustments, transfers, terminations, and disciplinary matters for approval;
  • Processes and handles recruitment of new employees in accordance with the existing procedure of the bank;

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience:

  • 1 year of related experience

Place of Work:

  • Addis Ababa

Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
