Position: Junior Talent Development Officer
Essential Function:
- Capture Curriculums of the Bank;
- Coordinate training programs
- Conduct training evaluation
- Take attendance of training participants and maintain database
- Analyzing training delivery and effectiveness using specified metrics;
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank’s scale
