Perform, related to Electro Mechanical, the day-to-day maintenance operations (machines/building)
Key area of responsibilities
- Collaborate with the factory on requisition of all Personal Protective Equipment
- Ensure that maintenance intervention are done respecting safety rules
- Ensure production equipment running in safety conditions.
- Ensure required standards of health and safety are maintained all the time in the facility
- Ensure the daily intervention on equipment in case of breakdown
- Define a preventive maintenance action plan on machine
- Ensure the right spare parts stock (especially on risky spare parts) to avoid long break downs
- Define with production the first level maintenance to be applied by production operators
- Coordinate external maintenance services company
- Propose spare parts purchase for his superior validation
- Prepare with his superior investment budget for next year (cost, realization schedule)
- Participate to investment implementation
- Ensure that intervention are done according to quality rules
- Make proposal for improvement in maintenance intervention, efficiency and working environment.
- Fill up maintenance work order and enter in the software if any , used at the company
- Propose maintenance plan of next month to his superior for validation or maintenance purchase planned
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Education level
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance (Electro Mechanical)
- Knowledge in technical project follow (investments) is a plus,
Required level of experience
- 8 years of experience in Electro Mechanical Maintenance Activity
