Dengene is technology company that specialize on IT service management. We are looking for highly motivated and competent Human Resource officer who has exceptional skills in designing and monitoring the Human Resource department goals and objectives; apart from managing the Human Resources tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective recruitment, selection and onboarding plans;
- Design innovative human resource development strategies to realize a motivated and compassionate staffs;
- Devise feasible strategy and work with the technical team to acquire/recruit top talent young staff;
- Design a suitable induction plan for new joiners and ensure the proper delivery in the same manner;
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in a systematic filing system;
- Assess and identify the existing capacity gaps of the staff and address the gaps through various capacity enhancement programs;
- Develop and implement performance management processes;
- Work on continuous enhancement of self-capacity in order to be capable of advancing the human capital of the company;
- Contribute to the business strategy by assisting the CEO/COO to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes;
- Prepare company specific human resource development policy and procedures based on depth analysis of the company context;
- Deploy mechanism for advanced team spirit and shared vision that able to enhance the staff ownership of the company;
- Diagnose business challenges in line with the human capital and device addressing mechanism in consultation with CEO/COO;
- Assist the company to achieve its goal;
- Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by CEO/COO.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management, or related field is preferred.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years for Bachelor's degree and 2 years for Master's degree as Human resource officer or similar experiences.
- Previous work experience in the Technology Company is more advantageous.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
- Top-tier written, presentation and verbal communication skills with English language
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Employee data management & recorded keeping experience
- Proven ability to plan long-term and organize priorities
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Offices
- Ability to interact with people
- Capable to work under pressure
