Job Title: Assistant Procurement Officer/ Store Keeper (Re-advertised)

BA Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Duties:

• The jobholder is responsible for organizing purchase requests, is involved in the preparation of specifications, handling tender processes, facilitates technical evaluations, minutes preparation and purchase orders. S/he tests sample and follows up of activities of materials and services acquisition including contract administration, supply of goods, checking per specification and effecting payments.
• The jobholder ensures all the procurement activities are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the bank.  

Skills Requirement : Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
