Job Description

Performs full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and potentially confidential nature. Communicates with contacts at all levels in the organization, industry, and community. Supports the entire organization, a department, a team or an individual and has a good understanding of that job and method of operation, in addition to the operations and procedures of the department and organization as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling processes such as visa applications, different letters, Work and residence permits, travel ticket etc.
  • Data input of global and/or local systems
  •  Support HR Manager on projects or work that needs to be conducted in the department
  • May interact with the organization directly in the course of completing assigned tasks
  • May interact with external suppliers such as hotels, caterers, printers, other service providers etc. to agree and proceed with booking venues, services, etc.
  • Create reports and extracts from various systems/solutions
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save supervisor's time.
  • Handle local purchases
  •  Ensure the overall cleanness of the offices
  •  Ensure office supplies availability and replenish as required
  •  Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  •  Develop and maintain a filing system
  •  May assign work to others.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management (Required)

Language:

  • Fluency in Amharic and English

Work Experience:

  • PF Administration
