Coordinate and undertake the repairs and servicing maintenance and overhauling of vehicles accordingly, make vehicles preventive and major maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical and skilled mechanic functions for vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair, including, Auxiliary equipment vehicles and equipment are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition.
• Follow and maintain MDV trucks service and other major maintenance. /Better having Experience on SINO trucks.
• Conducts road testing to ensure that vehicles and equipment operate within prescribed parameters.
• Reads and interprets manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Inspects vehicles and equipment for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.
• Monitors inventory, orders supply, and maintains purchase records within authorized person, perform dismount measures and order the accessory parts for engine, transmission, differentiate as per standard professional way.
• Maintains records and logs of daily activities.
• Ability to understand and implement training arranged by company and other stack holders.
• Basic computer knowledge, for recording keeping and cost calculation.
• Ability to understand and interpret different hydraulic faults cods
• Ability to use special digital measuring tools ET, ECM, TCM and to manage different pressure testers.
• Performs related duties assigned by immediate supervisor and concerned management.
• Ability to follow vehicle’s status and report to FM, take proper maintenance per given direction.

Job Requirements

Educational level: Auto Mechanic level II and Above

At least 4 years related experiences

Core Competencies

• Able to make daily inspection of vehicles on parking stations before vehicles departed from the parking station
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Have ability to perform on minor and major maintenance of vehicles
• Willing to receive directions on maintenance and repair issues from garage supervisors and line managers
