Job Description

The Archives clerk is responsible to keep the archival records and to develop classification systems of insured documents to facilitate access to insurance archival material. Besides, he/she is responsible to prepare archival records, authentication of insurance documents and make it accessible and retrievable for authorized users. .

Job Requirement

  • Education: – Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Operation Management or Recording Management.
  •  Experience: – 2 years of relevant work experience.
  •  Essential requirement: – Competence in MS Office.

Duty Station: – Head Office
