Ensure the proper implementation and follow up of the operational HR practices including, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
In addition, the role requires performing a variety of administrative and personnel duties as listed below.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
Personnel & Human Resources:
- Handle the Personnel function at EASE in coordination with the local accounting department including leave requests, attendance, legal papers, social security, insurance etc.
- Develop and update local company’s organization charts and Human Capital database
- Be involved in the recruitment process by drafting/reviewing job descriptions, , liaising with recruiting agencies and educational institutions to increase the pool of candidates
- Activate and monitor job postings; handle local job fair activities
- Conduct new-employee orientation and induction programs (on boarding)
- Monitor the implementation and outcomes of the performance management process
- Develop and follow up learning and development plans’ implementation and efficiency
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance to local labor law
Administration:
- Organize and supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Oversee facilities services, housekeeping and maintenance activities
- Maintain suitable work environment
- Manager ticket, visa, work permit and residence ID process of expat employees
- Schedule and follow up the meetings of the General Manager
- Assist the General Manager in administrative works when requested
- Type and review drafts and documents (contracts, quotations, letters, reports, etc.) to verify completeness and accuracy of format used
- Other miscellaneous tasks requested by EASE management

Job Requirements
Key Skills Education/Training: -
- MBA Preferred, but a master’s degree is requires in Human resource or related fields
- English language proficiency is a must
- Computer skill is a must
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human resource management
Special Requirements:
- Availability to work overtime when required at last minute
- Multitask, able to handle efficiently several unrelated tasks at the same time

- Knowledge of Microsoft office (word & Excel); ability to learn new software
