Major duties & responsibilities:

• The farm Manager will be responsible of
• Strategic planning, annual and quarter planning of the farm.
• Timely implementing all plans.
• Organizing, directing, leading, following and supporting the entire farm team.
• Compiling and timely submission of all kinds of farm reports.
• Fast and prompt communication and feedback among all team.
• Nominating the farm in front of Government.
• Securing the farm's benefit and profitability.
• managing the farm's guarding system.
• Study the need of Human resource in the farm and Leading processes of recruitment, Evaluation, empowerment, promotion, demotion, contract and termination of Employee's with the HR Manager/Advisor.
• Well Management of the Farm Machinery, materials, Vehicles and other farm belongings.
• Annual report compilation.
• Well Documentation of the farm records. All other related managerial tasks in the farm.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS and EDUCATION/TRAINING

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Management, Poultry, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering & related fields

EXPERIENCE

• Two and above years of relevant related experience in management of farm and related project management.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

• Computer proficiency
• English speaking
• Good communication and presentation skills;
