Job Description

Yom postgradate College Would Like to Invite Interested and Qualified Candidates for the Following External Vacant Position:

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company transactions.
  • Providing general ledger, cash management, closing financial statement.
  • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business process.
  • Aid management in financial decisions.
  • Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Achieve to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
  • Manage and monitor tracking, and reports.
  • Proficiency in Peachtree is mandatory.
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
  • Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience:

  • 3/5 and more years of experience
  • College /University experience is preferable

SKILLS:

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deep understanding of business principles and practices
  • Superior attention to detail, organizational, planning, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and IFRS skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities; integrity and honesty
  • Employee management; understanding of data privacy standards
