Purpose of the job
As a Trade Marketing Support Specialist, the key focus will be to enable collaboration between the commercial teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing & Trade Marketing). Good stakeholder management and communication skills will be crucial to be successful in this role.
Many projects require cross-functional teams and therefore there is risk of failure due to misunderstandings. The Trade Marketing Support Specialist will focus on maximizing alignment and proper planning. Under direct supervision of the Trade Marketing Manager, the TM Support Specialist will be involved in a number of different projects.
Key Responsibilities
Central Trade Marketing Management
- Support Trade Marketing Manager with compilation of reports and other documents from sub-regions
- Keep track of deadlines & crucial timings (e.g. account payments)
Stakeholder Management
- Enable alignment among commercial teams (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
- Create meeting platforms with Procurement and Finance to proactively manage collaboration between departments
Budget & Activity Management
- Work with Regional Trade Marketing Manager to drive monthly ambitions into weekly Execution Plans
- Central point for data entry in Activity Tracking Forms (on behalf of RTMMs)
- Report Execution discipline on weekly basis for the Sales Leadership Cockpit (compiled achievements vs plan)
- Report back to the TM team any changes in ROFO

Job Requirements
Education
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing,
Experience
- Prior experience in the following areas would be enabling:
- Sales Administration
- Marketing Administration
- Prior experience in the Sales function
