RSDPLC is launching its electrifying Future Leadership Program and is currently seeking a Future Leadership Trainee to participate in an extensive, 24-month, well-structured training program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The Future Leadership Trainee program combines a series of rotations in various departments and training opportunities, with the purpose of preparing you for a leadership role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.

- Partner with key mentors throughout program
- Maintains focus on safety in the workplace by complying with company safety procedures and practices

Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related field of studies(Only 2020/2021 Graduates) with CGPA of 3.00 & above
Skill:
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Strong leadership potential
- Ability to lead and function within team environments
