Job Description
Develops and implements maintenance management routines including daily breakdown analysis, work order generation and implementation; develops and reviews work order costing to improve accuracy of maintenance budgeting; develop schedule of preventive maintenance and execute per the plan; work to reduce breakdown maintenance; manages critical spare parts stock in accordance to the maintenance strategy followed for each asset; Organize and coordinate all activities of the Mechanical Maintenance Unit and provide services to the production units in terms of both corrective and preventive maintenance and ensure adequate availability of technical materials for maintenance; prepare periodical reports; troubleshoot and maintain on complex maintenance issues; participate in facility upgrading and expansion projects.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in in FMCG industries preferably in Soap & Detergent out of which minimum of two years as Head or equivalent capacity.
Skill
- Has knowledge of Breakdown analysis methodology
- Ability to run and record Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FEMA)
- Hands on maintenance experience
- Ability to plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenances
- Experience in SCADA operation machines
