Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Human Capital Section Head is responsible to support the successful implementation of the Company’s strategy by designing and implementing effective talent acquisition, development, motivation and retention strategies and programs. The position is also responsible for supporting smooth and effective business operations by driving efficient and effective peoples related supports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Closely monitor and supervise the production of furniture in accordance to planned production capacity.
- Compile report on daily consumption of raw materials, products obtained, type of machine and any problem encountered.
- Oversee the maintenance activities of the plant.
- Monitors, supervises, and verifies that the parts and materials that need to be prepared or refurbished in the workshop are of the required quality and standard.
- Ensures that preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the designed preventive maintenance program.
- Supervise and ensure the quality of the desired product during the production process.
- It shall ensure that the various instructions and forms issued regarding the production equipment are carefully maintained and implemented.
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises the overall operation of the main unit in accordance with the Company's product performance rules and regulations, the directive issued by the Production and Technical Department, and the ethics of the profession.
- Ensures that the product produced in the process is in accordance with the design exactly as ordered.
- It also prepares the required technical and maintenance schedule and updates it as needed.
- After receiving the production order from the Production and Technical Department and verifying its validity, it will issue the production order to the relevant departments.
- Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements
PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
- BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in related filed.
Knowledge, Skills, Competence:
- Furniture industry experience is preferable
- Communication skill
- Design skill
- Knowledge of production and Technic
