Sales
- Supervise operation of Field Sales team operational metrics (# daily visits, distribution of products, etc.)
- Follow-up on leads / increase customer base through acquisition
- Manage and overview Masterdata in CRM systems
- Organize daily & weekly Field Sales briefings
- Motivating and coaching Field Sales team to deliver on sales targets
- Design & implement territory management strategies to optimize customer coverage
- Design & implement strategic field sales plans
- Build & Promote long lasting customer relationships and identify emerging markets while being fully aware of new products & competition status
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Provide & facilitate ongoing training to the sales team
- Monitor company's sales KPI and sales performance
- Coordinate team to meet and exceed sales target
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Design and implement Field Sales processes focused on control & organization of the department
- Cooperate with Commerce MT (Distribution Manager / Field Sales Manager / Telesales Manager / Commercial Director) to optimize sales processes and organization
Job Requirement
- Master's Degree
- 5-8 years’ experience in Field Sales Management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of sales & RTM strategies
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Energetic and passionate to learn & lead
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Good negotiation skills
