THISAbility Consulting, Ethiopia® is now looking for an outstanding, experienced, demonstrably skilled and motivated Executive Assistant.
Duty station: Flexible, mainly home-based, with possibilities of local travels for duties.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A minimum of first degree or above in human rights law, social sciences, health sciences, project management and evaluation, research (both qualitative and quantitative) and/or related fields.
- An accredited credential and impeccable skills in all modalities of the English language, communications as well as ICTs would be a considerable asset
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience, demonstrated (evidence-based) interest and motivation to work with/for human rights organizations and organizations of persons with disabilities
- At least 5 years of experience in project development, management assistance, research and project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills in all four modalities of English (writing, reading, speaking and listening) is essential for this post. Other languages – local or international – would be an asset
- Availability for local travels
- Ability to conceptualize/write projects
- Demonstrated ability to use project life cycle management tools
- Ability and availability to work efficiently with local and international clients of the Firm
