Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, MD, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Promote cohesive program delivery (achieve clinical targets on HIV positives identified, HTS, FP, STIs screening & management, GBV and MHPSS) and support HIV data analysis to guide continuous quality improvement efforts. - Lead and monitor compliance with program quality standards, as will be explicitly defined in Program’s SOPs, M&E plan, and financial management documents.  - Support higher leadership processes of engagement with key stakeholders (FMOH, AACAHB, Finance bureau, Woreda Health Offices, CSOs, etc.)
