General Mission
- Ensure quality of media recording & production works, perform filming and photographing works, exert full potential on video editing activities.
- Engage in Audio-visual productions for TV and Radio programs, commercials, announcements, documentaries, documentation, digital media, and other related multimedia activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all kinds of Audio-visual activities in consultation with the supervisor, manager, expert, director, and others.
- Manage Audiovisual recording and editing activities (Photos, announcements, radio & TV Ads, documentaries, short video, demo, and others);
- Arrange sound system equipment during meetings and events.
- Prepare specifications for the purchase of different audio-visual software and materials as well as participate in the evaluation of purchasing activities.
- Initiate Purchase request for Audio-visual materials.
- Handle audio recording tasks initiated by external users or audio-visual section staff.
- Sort and document photos, audio, and video files recorded by both internal & external audiovisual professionals.
- Make short videos and demos.
- Digitalize previously recorded video and audio files.
Minimum Qualification
Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Audio-visual Technology, Public Relations, and Advertising Broadcast Journalism, Print and Web Journalism, Mass Communications, Cinematography, Graphics Design, Video graphic, Sound Production, Photo Imaging Works, Sound Planning and Designing or Electronics Cinematography and Light With at least 2 years experience as Graphic Designer, Camera Man, Digital Communication Organizer or Audiovisual Technician.
NB: Knowledge of Animation and Motion graphics Editing/designing is preferable.
Certificate in photo &Video Recording as well as editing in adobe photoshop, premiere, adobe after effects, adobe illustrator, or adobe InDesign from a recognized institution.
OR
BA/BSc Degree or level V with COC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT Audio-visual Technology, Public Relations, and Advertising Broadcast Journalism, Print and Web Journalism, Mass Communications, Cinematography, Graphics Design, Video graphic, Sound Production, Photo Imaging Works, Sound Planning and Designing or Electronics Cinematography and Light With at least 3 years experience as Graphic Designer, Camera Man, Digital Communication Organizer or Audiovisual Technician.
