Job Description

Develops, implement and administer HR related activities which include recruitment, employee issue management, organizational and job design, training and development, talent acquisition, performance management, manage and update HR database & personnel files, report etc. 

Job Requirements

Qualification

 MA/BA Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/Business Administration/Psychology or other related fields of study with a minimum 3/5 years’ experience respectively is in recruitment, staff performance management, training and development, and/or other related activities out of which two years in Head, Senior HR Specialist or equivalent capacity

 Competencies

  • Detail oriented  
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Manage employees’ discipline, grievances and requests
  • Negotiate collective agreement and ensure proper implementation
